Woww this post is maddening. I just posted a list of fitblr myths but now I feel the need to speak up about these too.

#1: Your metabolism will not slow down if you eat less often. You could eat 1500 calories in one sitting, or five different 300 calorie meals, and your metabolism would react the exact same. Meal timing doesn’t matter. Calories do.

#2: Exercise when you feel best. Some people hate exercising in the morning. I only exercise at night.

#4: True, but it is possible to cut calories and still be healthy. Just don’t cut too many. 

#5: Or just watch TV… taking some time to relax every day doesn’t make you lazy.

#6: If you like McDonalds, eat McDonalds. If you just went to the gym and burned off a bunch of calories, you can absolutely eat something “unhealthy” afterwards without it “ruining” your hard work. 

#8: Protein helps build muscle, yes. But no, eating protein does not “boost” your metabolism, no matter what time of day you eat it. 

Some good stuff in here and some not-so-good stuff.
